Kim Laybourn (b.1988) is a Danish visual artist based in Norway. He holds an MFA degree from the Oslo National Academy of the Arts. Laybourn’s practice is research-based and spans across a wide range of media, including video, sound, music, animation, drawing, text, sculpture and installation.

In recent years, he has had solo exhibitions at, among others, Galleri Box, Gothenburg (2024); Wäinö Aaltonen Museum of Art, Turku (2022);  Babel, Trondheim (2022); Podium, Oslo (2020); K4, Oslo (2020), Sol, Nexø (2020). His works have also been included in a number of group exhibitions, including at Malva, Lahti Museum of Visual Arts, Lahti (2026); Oulu Museum of Art, Oulu (2025); Norwegian Sculpture Association, Oslo (2025); Høstutstillingen, Oslo (2024); NADA East Broadway, New York City (2024); Annka Kultys Gallery, London (2023); Østlandsutstillingen, Drammen (2023); Gallery F 15, Moss (2023); and the National Museum, Oslo (2022).
